Experience in DevRel & community building

I am good at community building, moderating passionately but fairly, and developer communication, e.g. as a long-time global top #10 user on Stack Overflow with around 7,000 answers. From the start, the mission of building a library of knowledge clashed with users looking for individual help. On the site's Meta, I authored many feature requests and contributions to the discourse to help improve the user experience and culture for everyone involved.
