Art direction & post-production for AI product 'photography'

I used Google's Nano Banana image generation model for product 'photography' that would usually have taken entire days and multiple people to produce - in the span of a few hours. The AI does not do all the work, though...

...you still need to guide generation, have a clear idea of the style and design language, curate from dozens or hundreds of generations, and do final post-production. Not comparable with professional photography - but Good Enough for many purposes.

Of course, the possibilities are amazing - allowing, for example, subtle changes for local markets (license plates, architectural styles, etc.) with very little effort.
